1. Processing Time

Each order is packaged with care! Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.


2. Shipping Info

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please double-check your shipping address—we can’t be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom items, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged, wrong item, etc.), please reach out within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right!


4. Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your item may already be in production or packed for shipping.


5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared on this site (like your name, email, or address) will only be used to fulfill your order and will never be shared or sold.
